the conditions of booking of “City Sightseeing Thessaloniki” N. TSOKAS & Co. The
contract between the parties is made on the terms outlined herein. Because our
Terms & Conditions contain legal obligations, we encourage you to read them
carefully. They form the basis on which bookings are accepted by “TCity Sightseeing
Thssaloniki”. By
making/accepting a reservation through tsokas.com or any affiliated website,
and booking a service provided by our Company you agree to have read,
understood, and fully accept all our Terms & Conditions as listed below. If
you disagree with any part or parts of our Terms & Conditions, please do
not proceed to use this website. By using tsokas.com or
any affiliated website, you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which
shall take effect immediately. “City Sightseeing Thessaloniki” may
modify and amend online these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole
discretion. “City Sightseeing Thessaloniki” will provide notice to you by posting such
changes on the site.
As a condition of your use of tsokas.com or any affiliated website, you
warrant that:

and uploading photos, (“Content”). We may use your content in a number of
different ways, including displaying it on the site, distributing it, using it
in advertisements. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content
from the site and you are full responsible for your content if it violates any
third party right, copyright, trademark, privacy or property right. If we use
your content in any advertisements you are not entitled to any compensation.
Prices
Prices are
based on known costs in April 2024 and are subject to change without
notice. Prices listed on tsokas.com site are per person unless otherwise
specified. Prices are subject to change without notice, until the confirmation
of the booking.
Prices do
not include
(Unless
stated) Gratuities to guide, driver, personal items, lunches and drinks. Any
kind of Sightseeing entrances and services not mentioned as included.
Payment
Tsokas
Travel accept VISA and MASTERCARD and there is no extra fee for processing
credit card payments. Full payment by credit card is required to make a
reservation. Cardholder must be present at the time of payment. Payment will be
listed as N. Tsokas & Co on the credit card statement. No refunds are
available once a tour or service has commenced, or in respect of any package,
accommodation, meals, or any other services utilized.
Printer
Please
ensure you have a working printer before proceeding, as you will need to print
your ticket/voucher. Please print and sign your online ticket – Bring with you
on day of travel.
Drivers
Drivers
must work under strict legal and time restrictions and therefore you will be
dropped back at the pickup points, depending on the traffic conditions. Our
personel will be happy to assist and advise you. Please be aware that your
Driver is not permitted to enter archaeological sites and museums and offer a
guiding service.

Smoking is
not permitted.
Food and
Drink
In the
interest of the safety and comfort of all passengers, we ask you not to bring
hot food or drinks onto the coach.
Pets
All kinds
of animals are forbidden in all our tours and trips.
Clothing
During
spring and summer months, please remember to bring your hat and sunscreen.
Children
age 4-17 years
Children
under seventeen must be accompanied by an adult. Infant 1-3 years free.
Seniors
Age 65
years and over (Passport should be shown on the day of travel).
Students
At the time
of booking must have student I.D. and be able to show it on day of travel.
Cancellation

Full refund for cancellations up to 24 hours prior
booking time.

We reserve
the right to cancel any of the services, without any penalties beyond offering
a full refund.
Lost
property
Whilst
every effort is made to return lost property, N. TSOKAS & Co cannot be held
responsible for property left on the coach. Property found must be collected
from our office at Mitropoleos 96, Thessaloniki, for those participating in our
Thessaloniki tours
Personal
insurance
Is not
included. Please discuss this with your Travel Agent or your Insurance broker.
Tour
information
While
touring, please note that seats are on a first come first serve basis. We may,
at our discretion, require any person to withdraw from any tour if we deem
their acts or conduct offensive or a nuisance to other passengers, and we shall
have no further liability. We reserve the right to cancel any tours due
to lack of demand and also to use vehicles as dictated by demand. We also
reserve the right to alter at any time any price, place visited, itinerary
owing to unforeseen circumstances. Every endeavor will be made to advise
passengers in advance of any alterations which are deemed necessary.
In the event of any passenger not being carried for any cause whatsoever, no
liability will be accepted by the operators beyond the refund of the fares.
Should the passenger fail to arrive or arrive late at the starting point or
during the tour, then no liability whatsoever can be entertained.
Voucher /
ticket
You will
receive a personalized City Sightseeing Thessaloniki Voucher for each tour,
transfer, event, or service booked. You must provide signed the original,
authentic City Sightseeing Thessaloniki Voucher to the appropriate service
provider to redeem your tour, ticket, or package.
Special
Offers
All offers
displayed on the website can only be booked online.
Passports
& visas
A Passport
valid for all countries to be visited must be carried and it is your
responsibility to ascertain from your Travel Agent what visas are required.
Accident or
Loss
We have no
liability for loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or direct or consequential
loss, however caused, unless due to our employees’ negligence, in which case
our liability is limited (except for death or personal injury) to a maximum of
the refund of the tour cost. We do not own or manage the ships, vehicles and
restaurants used and we have no liability for loss or damage caused by the
proprietors or operators thereof. Baggage is at owner’s risk throughout the
tours.

Third Party
Products
Tickets
bought through third party suppliers may carry a different set of terms of
conditions for which we are not responsible. Please note that on you
voucher/tickets cancellations details will be written.
General
conditions
Each tour
operates to sufficient demand. In the event of “Places of Interest” being
closed, or weather or road conditions en – route or any potential events that
are beyond the control of our Company (such as strikes, manifestations, floods,
etc.) and prevent the tour as advertised being operated, every endeavor will be
made to substitute an alternative, but the company reserves the right to alter
arrangements or cancel and cannot be held responsible for non-performance.
No servant
or agent of ours can vary our conditions and any such purposed variation shall
be of no effect unless it has been signed by one of our directors.
If you are
experiencing any issues or problems during the tour, please contact us by the
email address listed below. If you do not have a working cell phone to send the
email, please ask your driver to call the office from his cell phone so we can
help you and resolve any issues you may be experiencing. If you experienced any
issues during your tour and did not contact the company during the tour to
rectify the situation, you agree to inform the company by email of the issues
you experienced and allow the company to make reasonable attempts to resolve
your issues satisfactorily before publishing any complaints anywhere publicly,
including social websites, peer review sites, blogs, and any other areas on the
internet. If the company resolves your issues satisfactorily and the matter is
resolved, you agree to refrain from publishing any negative comments, ratings,
or reviews about our services on the internet or otherwise. Failure to honor
this agreement is considered a violation of the contract and the terms you
agreed to prior to booking your service. All complaints must be in writing and
should be submitted within 21 days of the service you were provided.
All matters
concerning this booking shall be subject to Greek Law. You hereby consent to
the exclusive jurisdiction of the Athens courts in all disputes arising out of
or relating to the use of this website. Use of this website is unauthorized in
any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and
conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.
If any part
of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to
applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and
liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable
provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most
closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the
agreement shall continue in effect.
