  • On the western side of the centre, is the historic district of Ladadika, that survived the great fire of 1917. With its restored neoclassical buildings, hosting restaurants, nightclubs and bars, the district has evolved into a genuine attraction for people of all ages. Nearby is the Jewish Museum of Thessaloniki.
  • Admire the rich religious traditions of the city by visiting the Byzantine monasteries and churches of Thessaloniki, such as the Agios (St) Demetrius, church of the patron saint of the city, the Vlatadon Monastery, the church of Agia (St) Sophia,  the church of Panagia Halkeon, the Agia Sofia and many others where you can satisfy your spiritual quest.
  • Accent towards the Ano Poli (Upper Town) with final destination the Heptapyrgion – Yedi Kule. The Ano Poli excites the visitors with the Byzantine Fortresses, the unique architecture of the traditional houses, the stone-paved alleys, the impressive Byzantine churches and monasteries and the breathtaking view. Visiting Ano Poli is a journey into the past and the history of the town that will become unforgettable .   • Egnatia road (via Egnatia), the road that, for centuries, connecting the West with the East. There you will see the Galerius Palace Complex, with the Kamara (Arch of Galerius) and one of the most unique in Greece cylindrical structures, the Rotonda.
  • The New Thessaloniki’s Railway Station is the central passenger and freight station of the city, connecting Thessaloniki with other cities in Greece and abroad.
  • The port of Thessaloniki, one of the biggest harbours of Greece and the Mediterranean. In the area, the Museum of Photography and the Cinema Museum are housed.

  • Customers will see and meet the City Sightseeing THESSALONIKI staff, in or/and outside of the buses and at the departure/arrival point “LEFKOS PYRGOS”.
  • Guests are reminded to exchange their purchased ticket for their tour ticket with the City Sightseeing staff at departure/arrival point “LEFKOS PYRGOS” or bus driver upon boarding our buses. Please make sure there is the correct City Sightseeing Company applicable to your voucher when boarding as on occasion other sightseeing companies have accepted the purchased ticket and charged the customer once more.
  • There IS access for wheel chairs & baby strollers and inside the buses there’s an available space for storage as well.
  • The above bus frequency concerns the minimum number of routes, which can be modified according to the number of guests.
  • Estimated frequency & duration due to traffic, weather or/and any other conditions beyond “City Sightseeing THESSALONIKI” control.
